Should we recommend white channel letter, because there are two of them already and one cream, and
the fresco cream really looks like Chili's logo ........... and the remainder can be consistently white?!?!

Sooooo, I guess your're telling me that both white channel letters and the Fresco Cream are allowed
because of Mike's interpretation? Will Matise take pains to insure the remainder of the signage for the
unleased portions of the building will be of what color?
