ISABELLE,
I WANTED TO EXPLAIN SOMETHING ON THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS. THE P & Z
COMMISSION ASKED FOR TREE #533 TO BE SAVED BY ELIMINATING A PARKING SPACE
AND PU'I-rlNG IN A LANDSCAPE ISLAND AROUND THE TREE.
WHAT I FOUND WAS THAT I HAD NOT CHANGED THE SITE PLAN TO MATCH THE CHANGES
THAT I HAD MADE TO THE LANDSCAPING PLAN AND OTHER SHEETS PRIOR TO TURNING IN
THE SUBMITTAL FOR P & Z. I HAD ALREADY TAKEN UP AN ADDITIONAL PARKING SPOT ON
THE LANDSCAPING PLAN AND SAVED SEVERAL OTHER TREES. THEREFORE, LEAVING ME
WITH ONLY 16 PARKING SPACES TO DEAL WITH INSTEAD OF 17.
SO, I WENT AHEAD AND PROVIDED AN ISLAND FOR THE OTHER TWO TREES THAT THE P &
Z WANTED TO SAVE (#514 & ~531), BUT DID NOT SAVE THE TREE #533, BECAUSE IT WOULD
HAVE LEFT ME WITH TOO FEW PARKING SPACES.
! HOPE THIS IS ACCEPTABLE. IF NOT, AND WE STILL NEED TO SAVE TREE ~533, WE WILL
NEED APPROVAL TO BE ONE PARKING SPACE SHORT OF THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF
SPACES.
Respectfully,
