RE: Town Center Sho00in_~ Center. Lot 1. Block 2. Preliminary Plat
Dear Sir/Madam:
This letter is to inform you that the Town Center Shopping Center, Lot 1, Block 2, Preliminary
Plat was denied by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 16, 1996.
The following comments were made by the Planning and Zoning Commission as to what they
would like to see on the revised Preliminary Plat:

The 28" Oak tree be saved;
the applicant is encouraged to investigate the relocation of the loading zone of the
proposed Tom Thumb store to the north, facing away from Chaucer Estates;
delineation of the wall location separating the shopping center from Chaucer
Estates;
elimination of the eastern curb cut from Sandy Lake Road to the site;
a copy of the building configuration (height plus rear and side elevations);
proposed signage and location, and
removal of the parking spaces on the southeast corner of the site plan.
Wednesday, May 22nd, is our next filing date; however, the applicant's filing date can be
extended to Wednesday, May 29th, if necessary. Also, re. submittal fees will be waived.
