In my telephone conversation with you today, I volunteered a suggestion to alleviate somewhat
the impact of landscape buffers required between vehicular use areas and property lines. So that
there will be no mistake concerning what I said, I am putting it in writing.
The landscaping requirements of the Copper Zoning Ordinance permit driveways to cross
landscape buffers. Therefore in satisfying the landscape buffer requirements, if parking aisles
are arranged so that they are perpendicular to proposed property lines, fewer parking spaces are
likely to be lost than otherwise.
