We are requesting this variance in conjunction with our request for a variance to parking code due to our efforts to save as many of the existing trees as possible. By placing a planter island in the areas where the spaces exceed 15 we would "cut" further into our parking. We appreciate your consideration of our request. Vice President- Retail KC/cs
