Label the existing 10' water line easement with the volume and page number adjacent to Denton Tap Road. This is an informational comments only. 2. Impact fees required. Site Plan 3. An easement is needed for the driveway radii off of Town Center Blvd. behind the proposed retail building. 4. Note://8 needs to be removed from the site plan. All concrete paving shall conform to the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance. Preliminary Water & Sanitary Sewer & Storm Sewer Plans 5. Proposed meters on the south side need to be located outside the limits of the future widening of Sandy Lake Road. Either locate the meter just inside the right-of-way or in an easement. Drainage Area Map 6. There needs to be discussion about the drainage areas shown. The drainage area map provided does not match the drainage area map shown in the Spine Road plans.
