COMMENT STATUS: ~PRELIMINARY
The Leisure Services Department has reviewed the above referenced development
and has the following comments.
The trail identified on the proposed plans needs to be corrected to show an
eight foot (8') wide concrete hike and bike trail. This trail is identified in
the City of Coppell System Wide Trail Master Plan as a part of the Town
Center Trails. The developer will be responsible for the construction of
this trail as identified in the City of Coppell Standard Construction Details.

Prior to construction of the trail, the contractor will stake the proposed
location of the trail and contact the Leisure Services Superintendent at
304-3554 for approval.
Signed and sealed Landscape Plans as identified in the Subdivision
Ordinance are required. These plans will coordinate with the Sandy Lake
Road Landscape Master Plan.
Signed and sealed Irrigation Plans as identified in the Subdivision
Ordinance are required. These plans will coordinate with the Sandy Lake
Road Irrigation Master Plan.

These landscaping and irrigation plans, signed and sealed, will meet the
requirements of the Streetscape Plan. This includes drive entries and
landscaping along Denton Tap Road or Sandy lxtlce Road.
Any construction activity planned which involves city maintained parkways,
deceleration lanes, median cuts, left turn lanes or medians must be
coordinated through the Leisure Services Superintendent, Dennis Slayton,
at 304-3554.
The contractor is responsible for any repair or replacement of landscaping,
irrigation or ,_,_~'_t_(n_~s that are affected by construction of this development.
