Please provide 10' sidewalk and utility easement on Denton Tap Road. 2. Show right-of-way on Parkway Blvd., Denton Tap Road, and visibility triangles at all ingress/egress points. 3. Please provide signature blocks for floodplain administrator and franchise utility companies. Utility Plan Comments: 1. On preliminary utility plan, show storm drainage system on boulevard north of site. Will the road be built when the bank goes in? What happens to drainage in area F? How is it picked up in the boulevard? Site Plan Comments: 1. Do we want head in parking off of a main access driveway? 2. Show total stacking spaces provided. 3. Provide 11' R.O.W. (100' taper w/60' storage length). 4. The lane width for mutual access easement is not wide enough for fire track. Contact Jeff Jones, Fire Marshal at 304-3500 if you have any questions. 5. Is the divided roadway going to be built when the bank goes in? 6. Label who and when the right-of-way for the boulevard will be dedicated. 7.
