An easement is needed for the driveway radii off of Town Center Blvd. behind the proposed retail building located at north side of the property. The property line adjacent to Sandy Lake Road needs to be shown on the north side of the right-of-way dedication. Provide curve information for the connection of existing mutual access easement south of Wendys to the proposed fire lane in front of retail strip. All fire lanes must be 24' wide.
