Box 702468 Dallas, TX 75370 RE: Stratford Manor, Final Plat Dear Madam/Sir: This letter is to inform you that the Stratford Manor, Final Plat, to allow the development of a 28-Iot residential subdivision on 15.1256 acres of property located on the north side of DeForest Road, approximately 1,000 feet east of MacArthur Blvd., was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 21, 1999, subject to the following conditions: 1) All conditions of the Preliminary Plat (see attached June 13, 1997 letter of preliminary plat approval) are followed, noting the change of name of Bristol Court to Stratford Lane. 2) The $1,285 per dwelling unit park fee is paid. 3) Entrance design is approved by the Fire Depar~ent and Engineering Department (see attached comment). The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, February 9, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. Please submit 17 additional folded copies of the Final Plat, Tree Survey, Landscape Plan and letter designating arborist by 12 noon, Wednesday, January 27~, in order for this case to be forwarded on to Council.
