Dear Mr. Mills:
This letter is to inform you that the Town Center West, Lots 1 and 2, Block A,
Preliminary Plat, to allow the development of a retail center, daycare facility and child
development center on approximately 4.5 acres of property located at the southwest
comer of N. Denton Tap Road and Town Center West Boulevard, was recommended for
approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, February 17,
2000, subject to the following conditions:
1. Volume and Page numbers must be shown on the Plat.
2. Compliance with Fire Department and TXU comments (attached).
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 14,
2000, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure
to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. Please revise and submit
17 copies of the Preliminary Plat by 12 noon~ Wednesda¥~ March 1st, in order to forward
your case on to Council.
