Dear Mr. Mills:
This letter is to inform you that the Town Center West, Lots 1 and 2, Block A
Preliminary Plat, to allow the development of a retail center, daycare facility and chilci
development center on approximately 4.5 acres of property located at the southwest
comer of N. Denton Tap Road and Town Center West Boulevard, was approved by the
Coppell City Council on Tuesday, March 28, 2000, subject to the following condition:
1. Compliance with Fire Department and TXU comments (attached).
For your information, Council did not grant the Planning and Zoning Commission Final
Plat approval authority.
