Dear Mr. Hinckley:
This letter is to inform you that on Thursday, July 19, 2001, the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission denied the Town Center Addition, Lots 2 & 3, Block 3, Minor Plat, to allow the
development of a retail/office center and bank on approximately 2.801 acres of property located
along the east side of Denton Tap Road, approximately 325 feet south of Parkway Boulevard.
If you would like this plat reconsidered on August 16th, please submit 16 folded copies to the
Planning Department by 12 noon, Wednesday, August 8th.
