RE: Town Center Addition~ Lots 2 & 3~ Block 3~ Minor Plat
Dear Mr. Hinckley:
Because of yesterday's national tragedy, the Coppell City Council held a short meeting last evening,
postponing most cases to Tuesday, September 18th. In light of the fact that Council took no action last
evening on the Town Center Addition, Lots 2 & 3, Block 3, Minor Plat, in accordance with State law, it
will be considered approved on September 15, 2001, thirty (30) days after the Planning and Zoning
Commission's approval.
This Minor Plat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval by
the City Council (March 15, 2002) or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required.
After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the
Dallas County Plat Records Department. Please see the attached checklist for the requirements for
filing.
