ITEM: Town Center Addition, Lot 2, Block 3, Site Plan, to allow the development of
an approximately 14,080 square-foot retail/office building on approximately
1.674 acres of property located along the east side of Denton Tap Road,
approximately 475 feet south of Parkway Boulevard, at the request of Daniels
& Associates Architects.

1. It is difficult to evaluate the landscape plan as it appears that several layers have been
overlaid, however they do not line up.
2. Should consider some type of cross access along the east side of this facility into the existing
shopping center to the south.
3. Driveway location for south driveway onto Town Center Blvd. should be 90 feet away from
the existing driveway.
