Dear Mr. Hinckley:
This letter is to inform you that on Thursday, July 19, 2001, the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission voted to hold under advisement to its meeting of August 16th, the Town Center
Addition, Lot 2, Block 3, Site Plan, to allow the development of an approximately 14,080 square-
foot retail/office building on approximately 1.674 acres of property located along the east side of
Denton Tap Road, approximately 475 feet south of Parkway Boulevard.
Please submit four (4) copies of revised plans to the Planning Department for review no later
than 12 noon, Thursday, July 26th.
