Dear Marcie:
This letter will confirm our obligation to inttall the initial landscaping upon the median on the
south side of Parkway Boulevard bc~weeo the Coppell Fire Department and Eckerd'~, in lieu of
meeting any remaining landscaping requiremeats. It is our understanding that this landscaped
median is to have low vegetation so as not to block any visibility from the Fire Department and
will be landscaped according to reasonable plans and specifications prepared by Bill I.~eming
and Associates. It is our intension to fully landscape the median without any grass.
We understand that First American Bank has resubmitted their site plan and other items which
now comply with the Planning and Zoning Commission's requests. Therefore, with this letter,
we understand that there ate no remaining outstanding issues concerning our site plan or the
