Re Univest Properties/Denton Tap S~te Plan
Dear Bob:
At last week's P&Z meeting, the P&Z approved the Hinckley's site plan subject to
Board of A~ustment approval o$ the landscaping variance and an interpretation of the 27'
driveway landscaping provision. The ZBA hearing is scheduled Ibr September 6. First,
we appeal the Commission's conditional approval of our request to tee Council.
Regardless of the ZBA action on September 6, we request that this matter be heard at the
following Council meeting. Second, by approving the Bank's site plan, the Council has
interpreted and resolved thc 27' issue. Therefore, because there is no interpretation issue
to present To the Board, please confirm that the only issue to be presented to the ZBA is
the percentage landscaping variance issue.
