Please ask the necessary signatories to sign The Hinckley plat as soon as possible.
Our engineer is prepanng a new sticky back for the plat which reads as follows:
The Planning & Zoning Commission approved this plat on August 16,
2001. "Because the City CounciI did not act on this plat within 30 days
after the date of Planning & Zoning Commission approval, this plat Js
approved as a matter of law in accordance with 5g 212.009, Texas' Local
Government Code."
The sticky back will be put on the plat prior to recto-clarion. If you have any
questions, please give me a call.
