Dear Mr. Hinckley:
This letter is to inform you that the Town Center Addition, Lot 2, Block 3, Site Plan, to
allow the development of an approximately 12,975 square-foot retail/office building on
approximately 1.7 acres of property located along the east side of Denton Tap Road,
approximately 475 feet south of Parkway Boulevard, was approved by the Coppell City
Council on Tuesday, September 18,2001, subject to the following condition:
1)
Elimination of the drive-through area to meet the on-site landscaping
requirements of the Coppell Zoning Ordinance, as discussed.
Please forward to the Planning Department five (5) revised Site and Landscape Plans,
reflecting the above-mentioned condition, as soon as possible, including one (1) 8½ x 11"
copy of each.
