RE: Town Center~ Lot 1~ Block 3~ Replat
Dear Matt:
This letter is to inform you that the Town Center Addition, Replat of Lot 1, Block 3, to allow the recordation of
a revised water easement on 2.544 acres of property located at the northeast comer of Denton Tap Road and
Town Center Boulevard, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, January 21, 1999, subject to the following conditions:
1) Label off-site access easement as "Fire lane, access, drainage and utility easement.
2) Provide the City Secretary's signature block.
3) Correct the year reference to 1999 in the Floodplain Administrator's signature block.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, February 9, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items which
accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The submittal deadline
for revised drawings is 12 noon~ Wednesday~ January 271h. Therefore, please submit 17 folded' copies of the
revised drawings on or before that date.
The drawing which requires change in order to comply with the Planning and Zoning recommendations is: Replat.
