Specify gross square footage of building utilized for showroom/retail use. 7. Dimension all sides of building on site plan. 8. Parking requirements are calculated on a gross square footage basis. 9. Need all graphics as jpeg files at the when you resubmit on June 12th. These can be submitted on disc, CD or e-mailed to mdiamond~ci.coppell.tx.us. 10. Specify glass type for each window area. 11. Explain window-glazing treatment on building. 12. Verify building footprint has grown fi.om 24,810 to 27,360 square feet. 13.80% masonry requirement does not include Dryvit or EFIS; we recommend against these materials on the 20% non-masonry portion of buildings. 14. Parking spaces in front seem excessive; no truck parking with advertising allowed on site; storing or display of rental trailers or vehicles not allowed in parking spaces, or on site; no portable signage allowed. 11.
