RE: U-Haul International Site Plan
Dear Mr. Evans:
On Monday, September 25, 2000, I sent you a letter regarding the U-Haul Site Plan application, which
was denied by the Planning Commission on Thursday, September 21, 2000.
My September 25th correspondence outlined several reasons for Commission denial and solicited
intbrmation relative to whether an appeal to that action would be requested of City Council.
I have not received a response to the appeal procedure, but today received what appears to be a modified
Site Plan and check for $400, our normal Site Plan application fee. As no explanation for this action
was included with the modified plan, I am at a loss as to your intentions regarding disposition of your
request.
If you elect to not appeal the Commission's recommendation, our next plan submittal date is 12 noon
October 16th.
Because I do not know why you have submitted these documents, I am forwarding, under separate cover,
)'our check and the drawings for your disposal or submittal at the appropriate time.
