Dear Mr. Riley:
This ~ is to inform you that your request for approval of Valley Ranch Bnntist Church
Addition. Final pint, located along the south side of Beltlio~, approximately 825- feet east of
MacArthur Boulevard, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, January 20, 1994. The following conditions apply:

The building must be fully sprinidered;
because of phase H future expansion, all temporary fire lanes must be composed
of grasscrete or any other approved temporary aH-weather surface. If a
temporary surface is used as a fire lane, it must only be utilized by the Fue
as new buildings are added to the platted site, fire lanes must be replatted prior
to construction of any additional structure;
applicant comply with the Streetseape Plan; and
the screened trash enclosure be allowed to be wood so that it can be moved at a
later date to a more appropriate location and recommended that Council approve
such. When later phases of the church are completed, this will become a
masonry enclosure.
The date scheduled for consideration by the CoppeH City Council is Tuesday, February 8, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m. A represen~ve for this case must be pte.qmt at the City Council meeting.
Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
