1. Relocate the proposed driveway. The existing inlet is a low-point inlet and as such cannot be
relocated. The use of a grate inlet is not an acceptable solution.
2. It appears that the location of the sidewalk conflicts with an existing fire hydrant. Please
relocate sidewalk.
3. Need to revise the location of the 6" sanitary sewer line. It is a private line, therefore it
should not cross the adjacent property. It should be taken north and then brought up along
the southern property line.
