Re: Revisions to 1 Acre Site at the
Valley ~anch Center
Dear Shohre:
Please find enclosed 12 copies of the revised site plan for this
portion of the Valley Ranch Center. Cha.nges to the site include the
rearrangement of the buildings and the movement of the driveways. We
discussed these changes with Taryon and Dale last Friday.
A variance is being requested to allow the driveways to be 40-foot wide
thus allowing access to the gas transport trucks servicing the area.
Another variance is also being requested to allow 2 monument signs on the
property as shown on the site plan.
The SUP's and the Final Plat for this property have been approved by
City Council. The changes proposed are minor and affect only this one
corner. We have been scheduled to appear before the City Council on October
13 for the approval of these changes and variances.
