Jordan Investments 2639 Walnut Hill Lane, Suite 200 Dallas, TX 75229 RE: Town Center Business Parlq Site Plan and Replat Dear Kelly: This letter is to inform you that the Town Center Business Park, Site Plan and Replat, to allow the development of an office building on approximately 1.398 acres of property located along the south side of Parkway Boulevard, approximately 200 feet west of Heartz Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 21, 2000, subject to the following conditions: SITE PLAN CONDITIONS: 1) Light standards shall not exceed 25 feet in height, matching those used at Town Center, if possible. 2) Landscape with trees at ends of all parking bays. 3) Brick pavers be shown on Landscape Plan. 4) Dimension typical parking space; if less than 19 feet long, additional landscaping is required. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department 17 folded copies of all exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday~ July 26th.
