Thank you for your prompt response to my letter dated March 15, 2000 regarding the
landscape maintenance of the medians at your center. I am enclosing the City Code
Section 34-1-6, which states the maintenance provisions for landscaping.
I f the problem has not been corrected by the aforementioned date of April 28, 2000, a
citation will be issued for inadequate maintenance. The list of vegetation that failed to
survive the first year was forwarded to you with our first correspondence. If you need
