230 N. Denton Tap, Coppell, TX
This letter is a reminder that the necessary landscape at the shopping center did not
survive through last summer's heat. You will need to replant the required vegetation
within 10 days. You may provide this office with an executed landscape contract within
10 days in lieu of completion, with the planting completion to be accomplished within
30 days, but no later than April 28, 2000. The city park superintendent has made an
inventory of your plantings. A copy of the inventoD' is enclosed for your convenience.
The City Zoning regulation Section 34, Ordinance 91500, specifies the landscaping
requirements. The State of Texas allows penalties of up to $2,000 for each day a code
