Development Review Committee is reviewing a Site Plan Amendment for Town Center
Addition, Lot 1, Block 3. Mr. Malouf is requesting permission to place a 60 square foot
double face non-illuminated monument sign at the northeast comer of Denton Tap Road
and Town Center Boulevard. Enclosed are the sign elevations for your review. Please
