Re: Final Plat of the Valley Ranch Center
and of the Valley Ranch Plaza - Tract A
Dear Ms, Bowman:
On September 8, 1987, the City Council approved the above referenced
plats. Since the approval, Halff Associates and Dunning Development have
obtained the necessary signatures on the plats.
On February 24, 1988, Dunning Development filed the plats with Dallas
County. The record numbers are:
Valley Ranch Center - Volume 88035, Page 1680
Valley Ranch Plaza - Tract A - Volume 8035, Page 1671
We are aware of the City of Coppell's need to receive all ten copies
of the plat; however, at this time Dallas County still has one original for
each plat. Dunning Development is working to obtain the original so that
all the plats can be returned to you.
We hope that this delay does not cause any inconvenience.
