RE: Water Sewer Fees/Valley Ranch Center~&~~
Dear Mr. Morway:
Per our conversation last week, I informed you that all fees have
not been paid on this project. Attached (#1) you will find a
copy of a document showing what fees were actually paid up front.
These fees total 50% of the water/sewer availability and 100% of the
water/sewer tap fees, which are required to be paid prior to Council
approval of the plat.
Now, due to the fact that this project is being built in two (2)
phases, the second 50% of the water/sewer fees have to be paid
on that portion of the project being constructed at this time,
which is based on square footage of building size. Below you
will find that I have explained this in detail.
TOTAL PROJECT FEES
Water/Sewer Availability Fees:
For 128,000 sq. ft. @ $120.00 per 1000 sq. ft.
50% due prior to Council Approval (paid Sept. 1987)
50% due at time of Building Permit
Water Sewer Tap Fees:
For 9 water connections @ $100.00 each
For 2 sewer connections @ $100.00 each
100% due prior to Council Approval (paid Sept. 1987)

The fees that are due know have been calculated below according
to square footage of building being constructed on phase #1 Valley
Ranch Center.
Water/Sewer Availability Fees:
For 86,4].3 sq. ft. @ $60.00 sq. ft.

This balance will need to be paid as soon as possible due to the
fact that construction has already started on this project. Please
note the name of the fees and project name on the check and pay
at our Finance Department, 255 Parkway, Coppell, Texas.
