SUBJECT: VALLEY RANCH CENTER ADDITION -- FEES
My records indicate that the following fees associated with the
Valley Ranch Cente~ Addition (Tom Thumb r~tail center), were paid
to the City prior to City Council approval as required by the
Subdivision Ordinance.

As you know, 1/2 the amount of Water and Sewer Availability fees,
must be paid prior to approval of the final plat by City Council.
The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of application of
Building Permits. Since the developer has only paid I/2 of the
required amount for water and sewer availability fees, the
remaining fees must be paid to the City at the time of building
permit.
