RE: Valley Ranch Self Storage Addition, Final Plat
Dear Mr. Goss:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Valley Ranch Self Storage
Addition, Final Plat, was recommended for approval by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday,
February 8, 1994. The following condition applies:
(1)
If, for some reason, the Valley Ranch Baptist Church fails to develop, then the
Valley Ranch Self Storage will be required to extend the water and sanitary sewer
line from its existing location at the Tom Thumb Shopping Center to the site.
No construction may begin until the plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to August 8, 1994,
the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing plats.
