Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of the Second Replat of Valley Ranch
Center, Block 1, LOtS B-R1 and B-R2, located at the southeast comer of MacArthur Boulevard
and Beltline Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, January 20, 1994, subject to your showing, (on the replat document),
a heavy line around all of the areas that are being replatted, including the second lot which
fronts on Beltline Road. Also, appropriate signature blocks need to be included on the plat
document. Please send (15) revised, folded plats to the Planning Department prior to Friday,
January 28th.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, February 8, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at the City Council meeting.
Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
