RE: Second Replat of Valley Ranch Center, Block 1, Lots B-R1 and B-R2 (Boston Chicken)
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of the Second Replat of Valley Ranch
Center, Block 1, Lots B-Ri and B-R2, was recommended for approval by the Coppell City
Council on Tuesday, February 8, 1994, subject to your showing, (on the replat document), a
heavy line around all of the areas that are being replatted, including the second lot which fronts
on Beltline Road. Also, appropriate signature blocks need to be included on the plat document.
No construction may begin until the plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to August 8, 1994,
the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing plats.
