Also, appropriate signature blocks need to be included on the plat document. No construction may begin until the plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda date. If the plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to August 8, 1994, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required.
