Vly Ranch C B1/Re-NR 920917NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on the 17th day of September, 1992, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a replat of Valley Ranch Center, Block 1, Lots B-R1 thru B-R3, at the request of Dunaway Associates, on property generally described as follows: the southeast corner of MaeArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.
