Bluegrove Lancaster, TX 75146 RE: Valley Ranch Self-Storage, Final Plat Gentlemen: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of the Valley Ranch Self-Storage, Final Plat, to allow the development of six additional mini-warehouse buildings on property located on the south side of Beltline Road, approximately 1,521 feet east of MacArthur Boulevard, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 21, 1995. The following condition applies: (1) The landscape plan shall be sealed by a licensed landscape architect or a bonafide nurseryman. Since Council authorized the Planning and Zoning Commission to be the final authority on this Final Plat, please be advised that no construction may begin until this plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months. If it has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to June 21, 1996, the plat shall be deemed null and void and re. submittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats. Also, please refer to the samples of the signature blocks which need to appear on the Final Plat.
