The following applicants have submitted their revised plats: 1) Lakeside Village, Replat of Lot 3
2) Birdsong Addition, Preliminary Plat
3) Valley Ranch Center, Replat
Please review the blueline prints of the cases mentioned in the above, do not mark them!
The blueline prints need to be returned to the Planning Department along with your written
comments by noon on Thursday, August 11, 1994.
The applicant for Village at Cottonwood Creek, Section V and VI will be submitting his
plans on Wednesday, August 10th. Could you please pick up the blueline prints tomorrow
afternoon, August 10, 1994. The Planning Department will need your written comments by
noon on Thursday, August 11, 1994. I apologize for the inconvenience, please bear with us
while we work out the kinks of the new development review process. Thank you for your
