Dear Mr. Morway:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Valley Ranch Center, Replat of Lot B-
R3, Lots C and D, located at the southeast corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road,
was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
August 18, 1994, with the following condition: the Signature Block for the City Secretary needs
to be shown on the Replat.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, September 13,
1994, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
