RE: Valley Ranch Self Storage Addition, Preliminary_ Plat
Dear Mr. Goss:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Valley Ranch Self Storage
Addition, Preliminary Plat, located along the south side of Belfline, 1,320 feet east of
MacArthur Boulevard, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, December 16, 1993. The following condition applies:
(1)
If, for some reason, the Valley Ranch Baptist Church falls to develop, then the
Valley Ranch Self Storage will be required to extend the water and sanitary sewer
line from its existing location at the Tom Thumb Shopping Center to the site.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, January 11, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at the City Council meeting.
Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
