This letter is to inform you that the variance from Section 10-8-4 of the City of
Coppell Sign Ordinance which addresses the requirement for a building permit or
utility construction permit to be issued prior to allowance of a temporary
construction sign advertising the coming of a new business, requested by you in
your letter dated September 1, 1994, was approved by the Coppell City Council
on September 13, 1994.
