No construction may begin until the replat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda date. If the replat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to March 12, 1995, the replat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required.
