RE: Valley Ranch Center, Replat of Lot B-R3, Lots C and D
Dear Mr. Morway:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Valley Ranch Center, Replat of Lot B-
R3, Lots C and D, located at the southeast comer of MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road,
was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, September 13, 1994, with the following
condition: the Signature Block for the City Secretary needs to be shown on the Replat.
No construction may begin until the replat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the replat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to March 12, 1995,
the replat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing final plats and replats.
