On behalf of the owners (United States Postal Service) of the tract
of land located on the Southeast corner of Denton Tap Road and Bethel
School Road, I would like to file the Preliminary and Final Plat of UNITED
STATED POSTAL SERVICE COPPELL ADDITION for the consideration of the City
Staff, Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council.
I am also requesting that both the Preliminary and Final Plat be
scheduled for the same meeting. As you can see, this is not a complex
multi-lot subdivision, but only a single lot plat. Your cooperation
in this matter will be appreciated.
