Dear Mr. Marchant:
This letter is to inform you that the TriniW Shores, Preliminary Plat, to allow the platting of 19
single-family lots on approximately 7.31 acres of property located along the south side of Sandy
Lake Road, west of the Trinity River, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday,
June 12, 2001, subject to the following conditions:
1) The Final Plat shall not be filed prior to the release of the updated F.E.M.A. maps,
indicating that this property has been removed from the flood plain.
2) Approval of the Homeowners Association documents by the City Attorney.
3) All Planned Development conditions shall be reflected on the Final Plat.
