Please find enclosed 2 copies of the revised preliminary plat.
I have spoken with TUE and addressed their easement requirements.
The maintenance and access easement has been dedicated as shown on the
plat. I have enclosed a copy of the filed easement for your reference.
I have removed Ray Smedul's name from the signature block for the
Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The seal shown on the landscape, irrigation, and site plans is an
architect's seal that must be signed before the plan can become official.
