This letter is to formally notify you that the above mentioned case, is tentatively
scheduled for the City of Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on
December 17, 1987; however, all of the DRC comments have not been addressed,
and I do not have any of the plans necessary to distribute to the Planning and
Zoning Commissioners.
Therefore, I must recommend denial of the above mentioned plat, unless you
formally request this item to be withdrawn from the agenda.
