Town Oak Ctr/PP,FP-NR 840312 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS The Board of Adjustments of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on the 12th day of March, 1984, at the Coppell High School Administration Building, on application of Univest Corp. and Minyards Corp. for a request for a variance from Section 23, Subsection 23.4, Paragraph 2 on the required 10' setback from the front property line and a request for a variance to Section 30, Subsection 30.4, Paragraph 5, illustration 3, requiring a 20 feet depth on parking spaces. The variance is for the Townoaks Centre at the southeast corner of the intersection of Denton Tap and Sandy Lake Roads. All interested citizens of the City and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the proposed variance request by letter addressed to the Coppell Board of Adjustments, City Hall, P.O.
