the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission adopted at the hearing
held on April 21, 1994, that the subject land be zoned light industrial. This notice of
protest is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 44-6(4)(b) of the City of Coppell
Zoning Ordinance.
