MacArthur Boulevard, approximately, 1,700' south of E. Sandy Lake Road. Councilmember Garcia seconded the motion; the motion failed 5-2 with Councilmembers Garcia, Peters, Keenan, Stover and York voting in favor of the motion and Mayor Pro Tern Tunnell and Councilmember Wheeler voting against the motion. 17.
